So many songs would fit for today, but I’m going to pick this one.
Percy Sledge, “When A Man Loves a Woman” (1966)
“When a man loves a woman/Can’t keep his mind on nothin’ else/He’d trade the world/For a good thing he’s found”
So, many folks have commented on this image and others. Given this post-fact world, my interpretation has left me really feeling for this woman. But, as Sting said, “Pawns in the game are not victims of chance”.
